    1869: 10 bani blue (two examples) and 15 b. red (2) used on double rate 1870 entire letter to Vienna all tied by BUCURESTI / DIM datestamps (6/8) in black (Kiriac fig. 441). Framed P.D. above in black and reverse with 'Alsergrund / Wien' cds (10/8) of receipt. Some minor imperfections but a most attractive and unusual franking.
