    1869: 10 b. ultramarine, a fine example clearly showing diagonal Plate Scratches behind the King's head, used with fine 15 b. red on 1870 entire letter to Vienna tied by GALATI datestamp (16/6) in black (Kiriac fig. 394). Framed P.D. in black at left and reverse with Vienna arrival cds (June 20). File fold well away from adhesives, a scarce usage.
