    1869: 5 bani yellow-orange, a good used example on 1869 entire letter paying the local 'drop letter' rate within Bucharest, neatly tied by BUCURESTI / DIM datestamp (18/8) in black with same datestamp applied the following day (19/8) above (Kiriac fig. 443). One or two very minor imperfections to the cover but an extremely scarce usage.
