    1868: 4 bani blue, a fine appearing large margined example in a deep shade, (Transfer Type 1), used on local cover mailed within Bucharest to the President of the Council of Ministers (part letter inside is endorsed by eight signatories) and tied by somewhat blurred strike of BUCURESTI / SERA datestamp in black (Kiriac fig. 442) with framed P.D. below in black. The thinned adhesive has been lifted with slight repaired tear in margin only at lower right otherwise a very scarce example of the rare local 'drop letter' rate. Cert. Heimbüchler (2014).
