    Ballon Monté No. 19 1870 (Oct 25): Entire letter to Boulogne endorsed 'Par Ballon Monté', franked by 1863/67 20 c. blue, tied by Paris Star 2 with 'Paris / Rue St. Lazare' cds (Oct 25, 5th levée) alongside. Flown from beseiged Paris on the Ballon "Le Vauban" with Boulogne-Sur-Mer cds (Nov 3) of arrival on reverse. A few imperfections but interesting content regarding received news "une correspondence addressée de Paris à la independence Belge et arrivée, dit ce journal Bruxelles parr voie aéronautique.."
