Flown from beseiged Paris on the Ballon "Le Vauban" with Boulogne-Sur-Mer cds (Nov 3) of arrival on reverse. A few imperfections but interesting content regarding received news "une correspondence addressée de Paris à la independence Belge et arrivée, dit ce journal Bruxelles parr voie aéronautique.."
