    1861/66: Black Jack 2 c. horizontal pair used with 24 c. grey on attractive cover to Vienna all cancelled by segmented cork handstamps in black, with Washington D.C. despatch cds alongside (Sept 23) and "N.YORK BR. PKT. / 7 PAID" in red of the following day. Reverse with Verviers / Coeln TPO in blue and Vienna arrival. A fine and scarce cover.
