    1906: Cover from Mexico bearing 1899 20 c. blue & red tied by Mexico DF cds, mailed to Addis Abeba with transits of Aden and Djibouti on reverse (April 27), internal rate being paid by 1906 third issue Postage Due 1 g. blue tied by "HARAR" cds in blue. Rare and most unusual cover.
    Note: The Michel catalogue is again incorrect on date of issue, Michel P8/P14 being issued in September 1905. Again the use was restricted to Harar where they were applied to collect the internal postage.
