    1906: Cover from Hong Kong to Addis Abeba, franked by 10 c. violet & blue tied by Victoria / Hong cds, with third issue Postage Due July 1906 ½ g. pale red vertical pair applied on arrival for internal rate (not the double surcharge of "Taxe à Percevoir" on upper stamp) tied by "HARAR" cds's in blue (Dec 19). Reverse with Aden (Dec 5) and Djibouti (Dec 10) transit datestamps. A remarkable and extremely rare cover and most probably a unique usage from Hong Kong.
