Mejía" in red ink and 1920 Colombia 3 c. green pair alongside, the 50 c. tied in transit at Barranquilla with "Sociedad Colombo-Alemana /  Transportes Aereos / Compania Anónima" in violet and the definitives tied on arrival in Medellín (Oct 26).     Germany 1921: Handstamped "A" (Type 1) in black on 20 c. red brown and 30 c. green used on registered 1923 flown cover in combination with 20 c. red brown handstamped "R" in red and "A" in black, all neatly cancelled by SCADTA / BARRANQUILLA cds's (March 28) in red. Exceptional and extremely rare - just three examples of the registration stamp are recorded in used condition, this being the finest known.
    Note: The cover was sent under the 'two envelope' scheme from Frankfurt to Barranquilla, datestamped there and flown to Girardot, and handed directly to the recipient in Bogotá.
