Germany 1923 Scadta 30 c. blue pair with machine overprint "A" in black on each, applied to large SCADTA 30 c. olive green postal stationery envelope to Bogotá via Barranquilla; additionally franked by Germany Inflation 1923 2 M. on 300 M. deep green tied by "Hamburg" datestamps in black (Oct 3, 1923).
