The stamp signed off as accepted in red manuscript in margin of the adhesive, the card handstamped '2 JUL 80' at upper right in red.     1860: Cover to Bermuda with reverse showing fine TURKS-ISLANDS double arc cds of despatch in brown (Sept 26) and double arc 'St. Thomas' transit in black alongside (Oct 9), rated '4' in manuscript on obverse. Carried on the schooner "Tees" chartered by the Turks Government woth the RMSP contract expired in July 1860. The "Delta's" next northbound voyage only left on Oct 29, thus the letter was held at St. Thomas for 20 days. Manuscript notation on obvers of receipt 'Nov 3'.
