    Provisional Surcharges 1886 (April): "½ PENNY" on 2½ d. dull blue, an unused vertical pair, lower stamp with variety "Surcharge Omitted", of fine depth of colour, fresh and of marvellous appearance, slightly browned large part og. Exceptionally rare and in the foremost quality: just five pairs are thought to exist, with one being housed in the collection of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Cert.
