    1940/41: One Hundred Years of Adhesive stamps, Essay in black on thick wove paper, 80 x 110 mm, for proposed issue signed at base "Ludwig Hesshaimer". The artist was responsible for the 1930 Millenary Issue for Iceland. The issue was scrapped due to the War. An unusual item.

    Österreich. 1850: "Bestimmungen über die Briefporto-Taxen und die Einhebung derselben durch Brief-Marken", veröffentlicht in Wien am 26. März 1850, elfseitige Originalausgabe der österreichischen Regelungen vom 25. September 1849, die am 1. Juni 1850 in Kraft traten. Die wichtigsten Bestimmungen waren die Schaffung eines Vereinstarifs für Briefsendungen im Deutsch-Österreichischen Postverein, der am 1. Juli 1850 seine Arbeit aufnahm, und die Einhebung des Portos vom Absender mittels Briefmarken.
