    "Congres Postal Universel de Vienne"  imprinted 1891 cover sent registered to Tasmania franked by 10 kr. blue tied by bold strikes of "WELTPOST-CONGRESS-WIEN" datestamp in black (1/6) with yellow Congress registered label at base. Reverse with Hobart arrival cds. Slight opening fault at top and vertical bend away from adhesives, however registered covers from this Congress are rarities.
