Backflap is missing but a fine presentation of the 150 c. rate to France with a British vessel, a usage which was only possible from Guadeloupe between November 1851 and August 1853. Addressee's name crossed out, but an exceptional and appealing presentation of the double weight rate of 140 c. in the tariff of October 1864 via a British vessel.
