Underpaid as found to be over 7½ grams (French single rate, whereas the Egyptian single rate was under 10 grams, thus this letter probably weighed over 7½ and under 10). Framed "Affranchisement / Insuffisant" in black and reverse with London arrival cds (April 23) where charged as unpaid at 1/6d.
