The front panel with red manuscript "Affranchie au dos" and the front panel and adhesive cancelled by Paris "Bureau Centrale / (60" datestamp "1 JANV. 49" in red and lightly tied again on arrival with "Mirepoix" datestamp in black.     1870 (Nov 6): Gazette 'Des Absents' No. 5, a used example witth additional letter inserted mailed to Prince Ladislav Czartoryski in Weinhaus, Vienna (Nov 14) and re-addressed to Cracow / Poland, the adhesives (two 1867 30 c.) have been removed as the letter appears to have been smuggled out of Paris, with datestamps only of Wahring (Nov 14), Vienna (two) and Krakau arrival (Nov 15).
