    1857/1995: General collection with mint, used and covers throughout, with PSNC 1 r. blue on bluish paper unused but with sl. thin (Scott = $ 1'700), 2 r. red-brown unused, March 1858 1 d. blue unused, 1 p. red unused and Error of Colour ½ p. printed in rose fine used (Scott = $ 4'750) in Arica (April 6, 1858), 1874/84 set unused and imperf. Plate Proofs set, 50 c. and 1 s. National Banknote Co. Die Proofs and a fine run of covers including 5 registered usages, Chile War issues with a range of interesting covers, group of Chilean stamps used in Peru, extensive run of Provisisonal District and Town overprints incl. covers, 1894 Bermudez specialised selection with varieties and covers, 1895 'Tumbes' provisional set of five unused (2) and used (2), 1895 set of seven 'Specimen' and unused (5 sets), 1896/1900 issue with 'Specimens' and covers, fine run of sets from 1901, incl. 1907 set 2s. mint (Scott = $ 493), thereafter with near complete mint and used including 1915 surcharges incl. varieties, 1918 set of eleven mint, 1921 1 c. olive-brown and red-brown with variety "Centre Inverted" mint and same variety in a rare block of six affected by aging (Scott 222a = $ 3'600), 1932/34 set mint and used, 1936/37 pictorial sets to 10 s., largely complete thereafter with many mint sets and singles through to 1995. Also a group of Scandinavian Slogan cancellations in two volumes. A splendid Peru collection of high catalogue value with some fine Postal History.
