    Civil War / District of Arequipa 1885: Cover from Mollendo to Tacna franked by horizontal pair of 5 c. olive overprinted by circular 'Arequipa' handstamps in black. Dated on despatch in mansucript at lower left '21/7/85' and reverse with 'Arica / Chile' and 'Tacna / Chile' datestamps (July 22) in black (both towns secured from Peru as a result of the Chile-Peru War). Small tear in front panel but an extremely scarce usage on letter. Signed Puppo.
