    1834 (May 19): Large cover front (a wrapper for a file of letters and documents) sent registered from Lima to the Administrator of Posts in Arequipa struck with perfect LIMA / CERTIFICACION / FRANCA handstamp in black (Colareta fig. 15 = 70 pts). A few tiny holes but a dramatic piece.
