    Departmental Overprints 1909: ½ c. yellow vertical pair and two ½ c. orange used on cover to Medellin from the 'Comisaria de Tierra Santa', tied by light oval 'Correos Dpils / Anulada' handstamps; second cover with pair of 1909 ½ c. yellow to Santana (endorsed 'via Honda') similarly tied. Slight imperfections as usual but a rare issue on cover.
