    Stamp Office Printing 2 p. grey, perf. 12½, horizontal strip of three and horizontal strip of seven used on 1889 cover to Uleaborg all tied by 'Helsingfors' datestamps (11.VII) in black. One stamp with minor cover bend but an attractive and scarce usage. Cert. Gummesson (1996).
