    Rouletted 16 sk. lilac, a fine used example of good colour and centering, used in combination with 1854/57 2 sk. blue and 8 sk. yellow-green (the latter just touched) and 1857 4 sk. red-brown all used on 1863 cover to Newcastle tied by '1' numerals of Copenhagen in black. Copenhagen despatch cds at left (25/9) and London red transit cds (Sept 28) in red.  Reverse with Hamburg datestamps in black. Flap missing on reverse and some aging at top of cover but a rare four colour mixed-issue franking paying the 30 skilling rate. Cert. Dr. Debo (1988).
