    1865: 20 c. blue, used example (Type 5) with large margins on two sides, close but clear at left and shaved at top, on 1866 double rate entire letter to Bogotá, tied by oval MEDELLIN / FRANCA handstamp with rate mark '2' at right and framed 'Agencia Principal de / Correos / Medellin 12 Sept / 1866' all struck in blue. A rare and most attractive entire.
