    Canada 1930 (Feb. 3): Incoming cover (lower left corner faulty) franked with Canada 2 c. green in combination with Scadta 1929 10 c.  red brown and 20 c. carmine, all tied by Toronto machine cancel and adjacent Scadta "Colon 12. II. 1930" and Bogotá arrival mark on reverse. Despite minor faults, soiled and edge wear at right corner, a scarce commercial usage.
