    1921: Group of five covers franked with Scadta first issue, incl. 30 c. black on rose on cover from Barranquilla to Bogotá (Nov. 10) plus another from Girardot to Barranquilla, further 30 c. rose used on envelope from Bogotá (Dec. 15) to New York as well as provisional typewritten surcharge 'VALOR $0.30' in violet on 50 c. pale green tied by Scadta Girardot cancel (Nov. 12) on envelope to Barranquilla. Probably a privately  applied overprint, but tolerated by Scadta.
