    1886: Registered cover from Plovdiv to Constantinople, bearing 1882 25 st. blue & deep blue tied by bilingual PHILIPPOPLE cds (18/IX). The stamp not recognised by the Ottoman Post Office, and, on arrival the full registered cover rate was collected by 1884 20 para carmine (two pairs) tied by bilingual 'Stamboul' cds's.
