    Pleven - Plevne 1877: Imperial Russia formula card, second issue, used by the famous Bulgarian Patriot »Todor Zaprjanoff» when he was in Pleven fighting together with Romanians and Russians against the Ottoman Army, mailed to Mrs.Alexandrina Zaprjanoff in Braila-Romania, showing on front the rare Russian Military «Polev Pocht. Otdelenie / Field Post Agency» cancellation dated 3.09.1877. The military post office was located in Pleven, witth, alongside, «Polev Pocht.Otdelenie 15= Field Post Agency 15» dated 10 Sep.1877 (located in Zimnicea).
