    Ruse-Rustchuk 1873: Entire letter, some Sellotape reinforcing, from Ruse to Syra via Constantinople bearing single 1867 15 soldi brown tied by single circle RUSTSCHUK datestamp (2/4) in black (Tchilinghirian fig.877). '20' lepta manuscript in blue for inland Greek delivery ,franked by  Greece Large Hermes 20 lepta deep-blue tied by dotted '67' Syra obliterator. Reverse with Constantinopel cds (10/4) and Syra cds.
