    Targovishte - Eski-Cuma - Cuma-i Atik 1874: Cover from Targovishte to Constantinople bearing 1868/71 20 pa. green and Postage Due 1 pi. brown tied by very fine all Arabic double-circle 'Cuma 81' handstamps in blue (Coles & Walker fig.32). Reverse with bilingual 'Stamboul' arrival cds. One flap missing and filöe fold away from adhesives but scarce.
