    Targovishte - Eski-Cuma - Cuma-i Atik 1864: Postal receipt for 13 piastres dated '4 Agustos 1280 = 16 August 1864' showing very clear strike of all Arabic negative (Crescent type) 'Postahane-i Cuma-i Atik 1278 = Post Office Targovishte 1861' handstamp in black (İsfila AP02).
