    Shumen-Şumnu 1855/60c.: Telegraph envelope from Constanta to Shumen showing on reverse extremely rare negative 'Daire-i İdare-i Telgraf Şumnu 72 (1855) = ADMn DES TELEGRAPHES CHUMIA' seal handstamp in brownish green. The only recorded envelope showing this seal, one of the great rarities of Bulgarian & Ottoman philately. Certificate Nakri (2003).
