    Lom 1850c.: Official cover from Lom to Constantinople (the Ottoman Post in Lom had a Postal Relay station at this date, mail from Lom was cancelled at the arrival office) showing all Arabic boxed negative 'An Canib Postahane-i Amire Deraliyye 1260 = on behalf of İstanbul Central Post Office 1844'  handstamp (Coles & Walker fig.5) in black; alongside box negative ' Tahrirat-ı Mühimme = Official Correspondence'. At top right side Arabic manuscript 'Lom' and top left side weight 3 Dirhem / postal charge 3 piastre 20 paras.
