    Lovech-Lofça 1869: Registered entire letter from Lovech to Tirnovo bearing 1868 issue 1 pi. yellow and 2 pi. brick-red tied by all Arabic double-circle 'Lofça 81' handstamps (Coles & Walker fig. 43). Small negative 'Taahhüt olunmuştur = has been registered ' seal at upper right. Stamps crossed by file fold but scarce.
