    Ruse-Rusçuk 1876: Cover from Ruse to Constantinople bearing strip of three 1875 20 pa. green tied by all Arabic double-circle 'Rusçuk 81' handstamps in blue (Coles & Walker fig. 61). Reverse franked for local delivery in İstanbul 'City=Şehir' 20 pa. green overprinted stamps tied by bilingual Liannos type 'Bachche-capussi' black oval datestamp (May 16) with bilingual 'Stamboul' arrival alongside.
