    Vidin 1867: Registered entire letter from Vidin to Tirnovo bearing 1865 Dulos 1 pi. lilac and 5 pi. carmine tied by fine strikes of all Arabic double-circle 'Vidin 81' handstamps in black (Coles & Walker fig. 88), with, alongside, all Arabic small negative 'Taahhüt olunmuştur = has been registered ' seal. Central file fold but scarce. Signed Nakri.
