    Travnik 1849: Cover dated '12 Safer 1266= 28 December 1849' mailed from Travnik to Istanbul showing all Arabic negative 'An Canib-i posta Deraliye 257' seal in black (Coles & Walker fig. 7), also showing in manuscript the date and palce of despatch: 'Travnik'den = from Travnik' , with manuscript weight 12 dirhem / postal charge 31 piastres 35 para.
