    Santiago Printing from Perkins Bacon Plates 1856/62: 5 c. rose-red, just touched, used on underpaid 1864 cover to Valparaiso tied by 'Cancelled' obliterator in black. Found to be double weight and struck with 'Santiago / Chile' double ring despatch cds in red (March 14) and framed MULTADA and circular '10' charge (double the deficiency). Some aging but scarce.
