Sullivan, Skilled Shipwright, HMS Euryalus, Suakim', franked by Great Britain 1880 2 d. deep rose (Gi 168a) heavily tied on arrival in London by Foreign Branch obliterator with Birmingham (March 4, 1884) datestamp on reverse. Some wear but a rare double rate Sailor's concession cover.
