    Dardanelli 1867: 20 pa. green in a horizontal pair, used to pay the single 1 piastre rate on 1868 cover to Constantinople endorsed 'franco' and 'par vapeur Egyptien' at top, the adhesives tied by circular negative seal handstamps of DARDANELLI in blue with repeated fine strike at right reading "Chanak-kil'i / 1868 / Post Office / Egyptian Official". Reverse with POSTE VICE-REALI EGIZIANE / COSTANTINOPOLI arrival cds (Dec 9) in black. One of just two recorded covers, the other being ex Antonini (lot 32309).
