    1898: 3 sen green postal stationery card used to Tsingtau via Shanghai, up-rated with Koban 1 s. green tied by 'Kobe' datestamp, struck on arrival with Shanghai cds (3/3, SHANGHAI Dollar chop in black (9/3) and very scarce TSINTANFORT / MARINE-FELDPOST datestamp (9/3) in black, also a further 1 c. blue card up-rated to the same addressee with Koban 1 s. green (3) from Tokio.
