    1889: 2 m. green in a vertical pair on small local 1888 cover, slight trim at right, tied by 'Alexandrie' datestamps (March 17) in black. A rare usage, local covers would not need a 'T' marking - the tax being double deficiency of a 2 millieme drop letter. Scarce.
