    1 pi. red pair used on triple weight 1872 cover from Cairo (Aug 5) to Alexandria, struck with framed AFFRANCATURA / INSUFFICIENTE handstamp in black and large '4' charge marking in black (rated 6 pi. less 2 piastres paid = 4 piastres due for double the deficiency). Slight trim at left but a rare cover. Signed Todd AIEP.
