    1871 (Dec 19): Postal Notice announcing the January 1, 1872 issue, the original Notice with instructions to Postmasters in Italian, French, Arabic and English, slight creasing but of great importance, with notations as to when the previous issue was valid and arrangements for the exchange of old stamps for new 'The present Notice is to be kept affixed at the entrance of each office... from 1st of January to 31st March 1872'. A wonderful and historical Notice.
