    20 pa. yellow-green and 2 pi. blue, fine examples used on 1870 cover from Cairo to Genoa, Italy, underpaid 1 piastre and missent to Geneva in error, the adhesives tied by V. R. POSTE EGIZIANE / CAIRO cds's (Sept 2), with manuscript 'Insuff.' in blue crayon and Swiss ratings in blue crayon deleted and voided on arrival in Genoa (Sept 17). Reverse with Alexandria cds, 'Sierre-Bouveret' cds (Sept 12), Milan Station cds (Sept 16). Taxed as an underpaid internal letter on arrival in Genoa with 1870 Postage Due 40 c. An unusual and very rare cover.
