    5 pa. orange-yellow, a fine used horizontal pair, used on 1869 Printed Matter entire letter to Cairo, originally secured by a band which would have had the address, tied by scarce 'Regie Removed' POSTE EGIZIANE / ALESSANDRIA datestamp (Sept 25) in black. Cairo arrival cds (Poste Vice-Reali Egiziane) on reverse of the same day. A very rare stamp on letter. Signed Todd AIEP.
