    Cover sent stampless to Constantinople, struck on despatch with POSTE VICE-REALI EGIZIANE / ALESSANDRIA cds, quadruple weight cover taxed with double the deficiency with rare '8' handstamp in black. Faint arrival cds on reverse and with one or two envelope faults but very rare; also a cover from the same correspondence with scarce '4' handstamp in black for an unpaid double weight cover.
