    1872: 3 k. green and 5 k. blue, perf. 14½ on horizontally laid paper used with 10 k. green & carmine, perf. 14½ on vertically laid paper on large piece addressed to Beirut cancelled by dotted 785 numeral obliterators with ALEXANDRIA datestamp above (29.APR.74) in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 260 / Smith D5). Some toning around perfs. but a most unusual triple rate usage (Mi. 7x+8x+9y).
