    8 sk. pale rose (2 examples, both overlapped), used with 4 sk. blue and Oscar 1856 3 sk. grey, on 1867 entire letter to La Rochelle, France, all tied by CHRISTIANIA datestamps (18/2) in black. Framed 'P.D.' in red below and private italic 'franco' at lower left in blue. Reverse with 'Kiel / Hamburg' TPO in blue and La Rochelle arrival cds (Feb 25). Some minor soiling around perfs. but an attractive and rare mixed issue franking.
